Although we exercise and believe that we eat
healthy, at least most of the time; it seems like we just can't lose the
weight. Not only can't we lose the pounds, we don't know what to do to change
the composition of our bodies to look and feel fit.
Well, there is a science to weight loss and body
contouring. Have you ever seen a person who is obviously over weight, but
carries their weight well appearing solid and fit? Well it may be a result of
them consistently going to the gym, only to tone up the fat that's on their

of achieving a successful weight loss goal is the eating an not the exercising. One rule is to lose the weight first, then after reaching your goal weight, begin a sensible exercise program to tighten and tone your beautiful new body. Then make eating healthy and exercise a lifestyle.
